Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: $250,000–$400,000+ annually
- Daily Guarantee: $1,000/day for the first 6 months
- Compensation: 30% of production
- Benefits Include:
- Continuing Education: $5,000 annual CE allowance (courses approved by Associate & Dr. M)
- Insurance: Health Reimbursement Account ($250/month) to use toward premiums
- 401(k): 3% employer contribution
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks PTO paid at the guaranteed rate
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving, growth-oriented private practice serving a loyal and diverse patient base. You’ll have the autonomy to develop your clinical interests while being supported by a skilled team and dedicated mentor.
- Schedule: 4 days per week, Monday–Friday (flexible scheduling available)
- Procedures:
- New Docs: Fillings, crowns, single-root endo, simple extractions
- Experienced Docs: Molar endo, Invisalign, surgical/3rd molar extractions (bone grafting and implants a plus)
- Technology: CBCT imaging, digital X-rays, periodontal microscope, Deka Ultraspeed CO₂ laser, Mectron surgical piezo, intraoral scanners, cloud-based charting
- Environment: Fast-paced, supportive, and dedicated to growth
